SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders typically ship from our boutique in West Hartford, Connecticut within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow additional processing time during major sales, promotions, launches, and holiday seasons.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Standard shipping delivery times typically range from 1–6 business days depending on destination and carrier transit times.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We currently offer:
- UPS Ground Shipping
- UPS Two-Day Shipping
- UPS Overnight Shipping
For expedited shipping orders, the same-day fulfillment cutoff is 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the following business day.
If there are any issues or delays with your order, our team will contact you via email as soon as possible.
U.S. SHIPPING
Vivid Hue Home + Gifts currently ships within the United States via UPS.
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Vivid Hue Home + Gifts does not offer international shipping.
