2012
Where It Started
Vivid Hue started in 2012 as a home décor blog, born from renovating our Connecticut home. It was where I shared a love of colorful interiors, entertaining, and hunting down pieces with real character. What began as a creative outlet became a community of people who saw color the way I did.
2015
The Leap
In 2015 that community gave me the push to take a leap. I opened the first Vivid Hue in an 800 square foot cottage in historic Farmington, Connecticut. Small space, big color. It was the moment the blog became something you could walk into.
Today
Where We Are Now
Today Vivid Hue is a destination boutique in West Hartford. Over the years it grew from home décor into a curated mix of fashion, statement jewelry, handbags, and gifts. Fashion is the heart of it now, but you'll still find the home accents and one-of-a-kind gifts that have been here since the beginning.
