We are a small operation, which means we handle each and every order personally and with care. We strive to pack each purchase with plenty of packaging so that it will arrive to its destination in perfect condition. However, we realize that sometimes bumps happen during the shipping and delivery process so, if the contents of your package are not in good order, please

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in the original packaging for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the item. Unless the return is a result of our error or damage in shipping, we do not credit original or return shipping costs. All custom and personalized orders are FINAL SALE. All jewelry and personal accessories are FINAL SALE.
DAMAGE OR BREAKAGE
Despite our very best efforts to prevent it, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact our customer service department within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace your item and reship as soon as we have inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.
